As I mentioned on my home page I am Shropshire born and bred but have since moved to London.
This page lists what I’ve been up to over the last few years and a bit beyond. If, however you don’t have time to peruse this, my CV Overview provides a more succinct breakdown and includes basic details such as height etc. If would like any more information don’t hesitate to contact me!
I started training at the age of 5 under Miss Shirlee Gaston and have not looked back since! I’m proud to be a versatile performer able to switch between romantic leads (Prince Charming in Cinderella) and character parts (White Witch in The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe).
I moved from Shropshire to London at 18 to train at Bird College and graduated 3 years later with a 2:1 in Dance and Theatre Performance (BA Hons). Since then my work has taken me all over England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. I particularly enjoyed living and working in Belfast and Cornwall! After 2 years touring I finally paused for breath and settled back into London.
I have a wide range or interests encompassing theatre, film, history and literature. My more perculiar passion is a fascination for all steam operated machinery, namely steam locomotives. I am lucky enough to be involved with the current celebrity engine, the A1 class Tornado, that starred in BBC’s Top Gear in the middle of 2009. I am also a fireman on a narrow gauge railway in wales, the Talyllyn Steam Railway where I have been volunteering since the year 2000.
