Someone looks happy about something…

I’m thrilled to announce that I will be reprising my role as Jane in Metamorphoses, as Hecate Theatre takes to the stage on the Edinburgh Fringe!

Details are available on the company website here and the Edinburgh Fringe site here. The show is on from the 13h to the 25th of August at Surgeons Hall, one of The Space’s fantastic venues.

rsz_dsc00442 Meanwhile, the cast and production team of Numb came together on Monday 16th for our first viewing of the final edit. After watching it through once, (and feeling more tingly than numb!) we were sat down in front of a microphone and set about recording the DVD commentary!

Numb will be released at festivals later this year and available to buy in DVD format, with accompanying extras.

In December 2012 I shall once again be donning a pair of thigh boots….

….I am pleased to announce that the Pantomime Company at Bedworth Civic Halls have invited me back to charm audiences as their Prince for the 2012 season!

So I shall be swapping my cackling for thigh slapping, boos for cheers and my villainous cloak for Royal Sash and Ensign!

Well, if January hasn’t just flown by! As reported elsewhere I took and passed my BADC Level 1 stage combat exam with Gold. Simultaneously I returned to the Banquet to cover for illness as several Medieval types were struck down with flu!

Returning to the Banquet was a real pleasure (especially when presented with new and exciting costumes!) so I have agreed to return for a three month period. On of the new costumes is pictured below.

Within the next few weeks I hope to provide more information about my schedule for the rest of the year, but in the spirit of not counting chickens I won’t say anything yet…… Just know all my fingers and toes are crossed!
